I recently used a prototyping service, and while it was satisfactory, there were a few areas for improvement. The website was intuitive and provided the necessary information. However, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. Updates were sometimes delayed, and I had to follow up for details. The final prototype was good, but not exceptional.
