The amenities varied. However, they were quite expensive. The indoor water park, $35.00 per person, was limited in its offerings, three jumbo (mediocre) water slides up for four flights of stairs, a wave pool, a surf area, a kiddie pool area, and an elementary/middle school area of balance, water falls, and water basketball. One day the kids went to the lake which, they said was "scummy green looking, There was also an indoor pool. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The main suite had a full kitchen, master king bedroom with jacuzzi type tub. The adjoining suite had a mini kitchen, shower, and queen bedroom. Both rooms had queen pull out sofas and access to a patio.
My first night I had a bug let me know he'd warmed the bed for me. I insisted on a full linen change when I finally reached someone, not by phone that night. I had to go, the next day, to the main office in Towne Center who was supposed to find us new rooms but never called back. I then got the correct number for housekeeping from the maintenance person who bug sprayed the room. Finally, after two (2) days I received new linen.
Would I stay there again? I'm not sure. It is the much poorer cousin to Great Wolf and Kalahari as I understand it. I think I'd give one of them a try next time.
We're really beach folks but due to covid-19 and very limited funds but wanting to give the kids a little five day vacation, pooled our money with two other families to make this happen. The children enjoyed themselves and that's what was most important to the adults.
