I had a mixed experience with Guardian airflow systems. While their customer service was excellent and they responded promptly to my inquiries, the product I received was not up to my expectations. The air purifier had some issues, and I had to contact customer support for a replacement. However, they handled my case professionally and provided a new unit quickly.
