I have been a customer of Satopia Group for the past two years and I must say that their services are average. The customer support team is responsive and helpful, but the quality of their products could be improved. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, there have been a few instances where my orders were delayed or lost in transit. Overall, I would rate Satopia Group as an average company.
