I recently purchased some items from an online retailer and the experience was not good at all. The website was difficult to navigate and the checkout process was confusing. The customer service was also poor, as they took a long time to respond to my queries. I was disappointed with the quality of the products as well. Overall, I would not recommend this retailer.
