The customer service at MPawa is absolutely terrib...

The customer service at MPawa is absolutely terrible. They never respond to emails, and when I call their support line, I'm always put on hold for ages. I have had numerous issues with their platform, and their lack of response has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend MPawa to anyone.
