Review of the Rio Cafe

Absolutely Disgusted.

Absolutely Disgusted.
Dirty floors, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans.
Rancid sewer smell.
One of the women's bathroom stalls had an Out Of Order sign and the other stall had piles upon piles of wet toilet paper with a plunger next to it and an overwhelmingly nauseating smell. I feel as though I need to use steel wool and bleach to adequately clean myself..
One of the front servers dropped the guacamole scoop into a new bin of the house dressing. Rather than remove the bin of dressing and get a new one, he stuck his hand in the dressing to retrieve the scoop. He stuck his hand in the dressing to retrieve what he accidently knocked into the dressing!!! Leaving guacamole in the house dressing. Then he poured the rest of the previous bin of dressing into the new one, burying the guac in the dressing. I watched the manager witness this and she said nothing. This happened in front of my eyes. Unbelievable. Won't be going back. Its sad, this was one of my family favorite places.
