Never Hella again! In my 2-part Wi.Ga.shade, a tension belt was torn in one part. The second part was completely OK. I ordered the repair service from the Klagenfurt branch. But instead of replacing this belt, I was informed that a repair was no longer possible and the entire system had to be replaced and I was then given an offer for a new system.
After removing the Hella fitters from the construction site, the second part also stopped moving.
I then brought in another specialist company and, lo and behold, the broken belt was replaced in a short time. A look at the second part revealed that the engine was blocked with a small object brought in from the outside. The non-functionality of the entire system should obviously be demonstrated.
And the high point was that the Hella company sent me an invoice for this assignment.
