When we originally went into contract with Document Solutions for a couple of their Xerox machines, we thought we had eliminated the need for a individual copier leases. The machines arrived via FedEx and broke down numerous times over the first year. Not once did their contractual service rep come onsite to fix the machines. Now that we'd like to end our contract, our sales rep has stopped returning calls and emails. We'd certainly never do business with this group again.
