I have been a customer of General Agent Center, Inc. for the past year and my experience with them has been average. The services they provide are satisfactory and they are responsive to my queries and concerns. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of their customer support, as sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a resolution. Overall, I would rate my experience as average with them.
