I have been a customer of Jirbo for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they have a good selection of products, their prices can be a bit high compared to other similar companies. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is smooth, but their customer support could use some improvement. Overall, I would rate Jirbo as an average company.
