I have been a patient for 11yrs now, at this practice (Much Hadham)
Obviously, I have tried NOT to visit the Doctors' over minor issues.
The reception staff were always amazingly polite, a wonderful relief after my experience at my former surgery.
However, there was an occasion, where I came a close second, to "nail filing", also on another occasion, "personal chats" between the TWO receptionists on duty, their needs, taking precedence for a while, over my obvious presence.
I completely understand the pressure of a "Doctors Receptionist / call taker / Advisor....."
However, the ladies are not in reception to win a beauty contest. They are there to help patients,
