I have been banking with Banco Popular De Puerto Rico for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The bank is reliable and convenient, but there is nothing exceptional about it. The customer service is decent, but sometimes the staff can be a bit slow and unresponsive. Overall, it's a decent bank, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
