I have been a resident of a Mid-America Apt Community for over two years now. I must say that the experience has been mostly positive. The staff is attentive and responsive to maintenance requests. The apartment complex is generally clean and quiet. However, I have encountered a few minor issues with parking and some noise from neighboring units. Nevertheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the management to resolve these issues. Overall, I would rate Mid-America Apt Communities as average.
