I had a mixed experience with Thermosoft International Corporation. While the quality of their products is good, their customer service could use some improvement. I had some issues with the delivery of my order, and it took longer than expected to resolve the problem. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the product. Overall, I would rate my experience with Thermosoft as average.
