The Montana Health Co-op is a decent company overall. I have been with them for a couple of years now and I have had mostly positive experiences. The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait on hold for a long time to speak with someone. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
