I am a customer of Optik Bergfelder and I have to say that their service is excellent. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of eyewear. I have never had any issues with my glasses from them. The only complaint I have is that their prices are a bit on the higher side, but you definitely get what you pay for.
