CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with the Baja California Sur Tourism Board. While their website, visitbajasur.travel, offered useful information about the region, I found it lacking in some areas. The site could be more interactive and engaging. Additionally, the staff's responsiveness to my queries was slow. However, once I arrived in Baja California Sur, I was impressed with the beauty of the region. The tourism board's efforts to promote sustainable tourism practices are commendable. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.
