Just trying to get a rear brake light bulb replace...

Just trying to get a rear brake light bulb replaced there was an absolute NIGHTMARE! I called first thing this morning to find out if they had the bulbs in stock before I drove there (being that I live more than 30 min away) they said "yes, come on in!) So I get there and wait 45 min while they disassemble everything just for them to tell me that they DO NOT have the bulbs there and I would have to come back later. Ok so i was a little annoyed but said "ok". While driving home, i realized that they did not even hook my light back up before they put it back onto the car so not only was i driving without a brake light, but now i was also driving without a turn signal. I get home and then see that they had also left parts off when they reassembled. So I went back a few hours later to get the bulb replaced and get the part back that they had left off. I wait for over an hour. When it was time for me to pay, they tried to charge me for the part that THEY LOST! After finally getting all that settled, I get home and inspect the back of my car to find that they had TOTALLY dinged and scratched up the back of my car underneath and above the light and also replaced the part that they had lost with a BROKEN PART!!!! This experience for me was very not only VERY time consuming, but also extremely STRESSFUL!! Now my car is damaged, all just to have a bulb replaced!!! IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR AND WANT TO HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF WHILE GETTING WORKED ON, STEER CLEAR OF KEFFER VW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
