I recently had my A/C unit serviced by this company. The technician arrived on time and was professional throughout the process 👨‍🔧. He identified the issue quickly and efficiently, and was able to fix it within the same day 🛠️. However, I was not completely satisfied with the level of communication from the company. I had to call multiple times to get updates on the status of my repair, which was frustrating ☎️. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other companies 💰. Overall, the service was average. The technician did a good job, but the lack of communication and higher pricing left me feeling somewhat disappointed. I would consider using them again for their expertise but hope for better communication next time.
