I had a mixed experience with High Speed Two (HS2)...

I had a mixed experience with High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd. Some aspects of their service were satisfactory, but there were also areas where I felt they fell short. The website, hs2.org.uk, provided a good amount of information, which was helpful in understanding their projects. However, I found the navigation on the website to be a bit confusing at times. The rate of progress on their projects could be improved as well. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
