Would like to give zero star. My partner booked PT...

Would like to give zero star. My partner booked PTE test online. The test was scheduled on Sunday, 15 July 2018 at 2pm. My partner was there in front of the building with other 4-5 people waiting. They couldn t believe that the building was closed. There was no way to get in and have a test. They couldn t contact anyone since the customer service was closed on Sunday too. It s very disappointed. We never have this problem with IELTS test. The test booking was available on PTE website when he made a booking. Of course the payment has been made already. But he couldn t have a test because the RMIT was closed. UNBELIEVABLE!

Hi Perry, Pearson testing at REW is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Recent technical issues on the Pearson booking website offered incorrect test times and unfortunately this resulted in candidates being able to book unscheduled test dates out of office hours.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Your partner should have been contacted by Pearson to arrange a transfer/refund.
