I had an overall average experience with Out West Co. The quality of their products was decent, but nothing exceptional. The customer service was satisfactory, although I did have to wait longer than expected for a response to my inquiry. I appreciate that they offer a wide range of options, but I felt that the prices were slightly higher compared to similar companies. I would consider trying them again in the future, but I wouldn't say they are my first choice.
