I have been a customer of Knox Flower Shop for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their flowers is decent but not exceptional. The prices are reasonable and the delivery is always on time. However, I feel that they could improve their customer service as sometimes the staff is not very friendly. Overall, it's an okay experience with room for improvement.
