I recently used a CPA firm for my tax needs and found that the service provided by the company was satisfactory. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing me with the necessary resources and information. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to assist with my inquiries in a timely manner. However, I found the overall experience to be somewhat average; nothing particularly stood out to me as exceptional. While the company delivered on its services, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of personalized customer interactions and additional value-added services. Overall, I would rate my experience with the company as average.
