I recently had the opportunity to do business with Nhbb and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. However, there were a few issues with the product I received that could have been addressed better. Overall, Nhbb is an okay company to work with.
