I live in the country, a good drive for Atchely Air to travel and service. I've had repeated issues with a mini-split unit and Atchely never gave up on it and actually provided some service at no cost to resolve the problems. I offered to pay for the final service, but they were more focused on getting the issue resolved. Don't hesitate to call them, they understand what good customer service is about.
