Denies accommodations for disabilities to receive services. Was told my child would be removed from the patient services list because of temporary policies that he is unable to function in with his disability. This is discrimination towards those with disabilities - which is outrageous considering 99% of their clientele have special needs!!! Supervisor is not helpful accuses me of being unable to reach even though I've returned every voicemail and answered phone as able. We've attended faithfully for 6+ months, and only now are they threatening to kick us out because THEY are creating new rules.

Long wait times to receive an evaluation, phone scheduling services from the main hub is frustrating. We waited months for an available service spot to get only 50% of recommended services.
