I have always been satisfied with the Grass materials that Maclean supplies.
However, I have noticed in the past year that if some things go wrong, the company is not served by feedback.

Salesman Tanno in particular feels quickly attacked and then reacts as if stung by a sting. Not to say rude. Questions that are asked are not answered.
