I recently had the opportunity to work with Dualreach and I must say that my experience has been average. While their website is easy to navigate and has good information about their services, I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time was slow and it took a long time to get the answers I needed. However, their pricing was competitive and they delivered the services as promised. Overall, I would rate them as average.
