I have been a customer of E.m. - estudos de mercado e sondagens de opinião for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. While they deliver the necessary market studies and opinion polls, there is nothing remarkable or outstanding about their work. It's just a standard service that you could find anywhere else. Overall, I would describe my experience with them as satisfactory.
