Thank you guys so much for sticking with it and finding us the home we wanted. After the first deal fell through because of the flood zone we were ready to give up but you and Bill made us get back up and start looking again. We really feel like we had the very best representation as buyer s with you guys and I think that Bill s unique understand of larger tracks of land really helped out a lot in getting us to the closing table along with you looking out for our interest in the process. Also we never would have expected it but we feel like we made a couple new friends after our 6 months of waiting for just the right house.
