Great place to work, with great benefits. But, they're prone to mass layoffs. Patti (the owner) treats everyone like family until budget cuts. She spends too much on the HHHS & pizza parties & the split second the market dives she lays off people rather than retaining them. It's like she's using employees as cryptocurrency stock. Buy low & sell high & buy the low.
