Although I found some features of the software provided by Suzan Software quite useful, there were a few areas which could be improved. The customer support team was helpful in addressing my concerns, but I felt that some of my queries were not completely resolved. Overall, I would rate their services as average and suggest them to work on enhancing their support system.
