I have been a customer of Signal iduna for many years and I must say that overall my experience has been average. Their customer service is satisfactory but there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get my issues resolved. The coverage provided by Signal iduna is decent and their prices are competitive. However, I feel that they could improve their claims process and make it more efficient. Overall, I would rate Signal iduna as an average insurance company.
