If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst company. I have been dealing with them for MONTHS trying to get our tax exemption applied to our account (mind you, it was applied to our original loan already) and still cannot get someone to complete it correctly. I just waited a month for them to then tell me that I have to wait 2 more weeks because in that month NOTHING was done with the account! I submit all required paperwork a month ago!!!! It takes forever to get someone on the phone and then they put you on hold for 20 minutes and it disconnects. They have been charging us extra for a non existent escrow shortage for the last several months. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this terrible company. I cannot wait until we are eligible to switch.
