It was a vacation in August which left nothing to be desired. Polite, courteous staff - whether at the reception or somewhere in the complex. These, like the beach, were consistently clean and well-kept. The measures imposed by Corona were implemented in the best possible way by the hotel; the hotel's own order app is a great gadget to replace the menus at the table and to make contactless orders at the pool or room service much easier. Whether at the buffet, the themed restaurants or by the pool - there was always a large selection of food and drinks, varied and of good quality. The theme evenings were always a nice end to the day!
The only but noticeable downer was a few hotel guests without manners and decency who had probably left these character traits on their own rainy island when they arrived.
All in all, the vacation was very relaxing for us and we would choose the Atrium Prestige again at any time.
