This unacceptable. The people they have working at this call center in Santo Domingo dont want to talk to customers. They keep putting on hold. This week they changed their system and I've been trying to reach someone about a transfer I made online. I called 5 times , each time on hold for 40 mins then someone say " un moman cher mosier ". Then never pick the line until the call dropped. This why wrong with Haitians business. The lack of customer service
