Pros: Location to everything in the city was great
Cons: Room - there were two sets of windows and both of them were of poor quality and did nothing to keep out any noise or anything. The interior window was placed instead of replacing the originals to the building?
Staff - not the friendliest or helpful. We ended up extending our stay which placed us there for New Years. When specifically asked, they failed to mention that the street directly in front of them (and our view from room) was going to be shut down for the festivities, which meant a D.J., loud music, crowds, and fireworks. This goes back to the room, in which the windows were rubbish and it felt as if the party was directly in our room. I guess it would've been great if we were wanting to be outside participating, but since we had already gone to bed due to being a little under the weather, we were not too happy to have the party in our room starting at 10pm and well past the new year.
Food - we did not pre-purchase the breakfast option. When we went to the dining hall there was a breakfast menu though we were only given the option of the continental breakfast which was not great, and extremely expensive for the quality of food actually available. Many of the items had not been replenished and we did not have much to choose from.
