I have been a customer of Spotlight Media Labs for several months now, and I must say, their services are average at best. While they do deliver on their promises, I often find their work to be lacking innovation and creativity. The team is responsive and professional, but I expected more from a company with such a strong online presence. Overall, I'm satisfied, but not impressed.
