The hotel atmosphere is very nice. Feels homy but ...

The hotel atmosphere is very nice. Feels homy but classy. Beautiful view of the beach at breakfast and hanging out in the hotel lobby. The breakfast menu is quite complete. Unfortunately the towels have a lot of spots so they look dirty / disgusted. The response to replacements took a long time. Service quality needs to be improved.
