BEWARE OF FRENCH PROFESSIONALS: this company sold us a smoker through a company that does not exist: commercial bbq smoker UK. The product has been received damaged. It had already been used as evidenced by the photos. Of course, impossible to get a refund and return of the product. The case will end before the commercial court. Avoid this type of problem and go to another professional.

A "division" is not a legal entity and, therefore, is not allowed to issue invoice. This is clearly misleading and a violation of your fiscal and corporate obligations.

I regret to notice that you consider sending a smoker full of grease and scratches is normal: potential buyers will appreciate this information. We never been informed that the smoker will be used, test, whatever before being sent to us. the minium your company could have done is to fully clean the smoker and not sending it dirty and greasy. Trust me, I would never had bought this product if I had knew this.

No, we want and ask multiple time a full refund and the collection of this damaged and NON compliant product.
We replied to your multiple emails, you did not. I surely can publish our two last emails you never replied to including the legal formal notice to refund and collect the product within 72H?

Again, make the refund and collect this damaged product. Stop pretending you are doing the right thing because you don't.
