Had contact with Bosveld regarding my situation, and they just admit they are too busy. Although my files are closed, I have indicated that there are enough benevolent people who are still running into a wall. A response was received without compensation. I hope that Bosveld can really make a difference in this area in the future. I conclude this, and afterwards I feel understood.

Although many people are logically not happy with a collection agency if they are on the "wrong" side, it is very logical at Bosveld that they have a bad rating:
- Official document has been put on the bus by my neighbors (same surname, and last name on my house belongs to my partner), this has been indicated several times, no response / excuse
- Mail responses are always incomplete, information is never clear
- Reply to mail can take weeks, even if the question is urgent
- Not available by phone or excuse that there is no file knowledge so please email
- Sometimes necessary to email several times for the same, then add another question with a later email, and then only get an answer to that question.
Example on last point: multiple questions about payments and outstanding items; then ask why the official document has been delivered to neighbors: answer, that is not the case and that is only left in the mailbox when you are not at home.

I have made several complaints, unfortunately without success. I'm done happy.
