I ordered a bike from their website and it arrived on time. The bike itself is pretty good and performs well. However, I found the instructions to be a bit unclear and it took me longer than expected to assemble it. Other than that, no major complaints. The customer service was responsive when I had a minor issue and they resolved it promptly.
