True pilates nz is absolutely wonderful! The instructors are highly qualified and create a welcoming atmosphere. The studio is clean and well-maintained with a wide range of equipment. The classes are challenging but also fun. I have noticed a great improvement in my overall fitness and well-being since joining True pilates nz. I highly recommend it!
