Whistle is an average company. Their website whistle.mobi is easy to navigate, but the service they provide is just mediocre. I have used their services for a few months now and I can't say I'm impressed. The rates are reasonable, but the customer support can be quite unresponsive at times. Overall, it's an okay experience.
