I'm super bummed about these reviews. I've had such a great experience with Quicken Loans so far. The whole process has been explained thoroughly and has been super quick and painless. My Executive Mortgage Banker, Dale C., has been super attentive and responsive. I really didn't want to have to go into a bank for a mortgage just to sit in front of a stuffy banker who's trying to sell me on a bigger loan. I've really enjoyed the laid back and simple approach by this company so far. I'm still in the approval process and will be sure to update if anything goes haywire (as these reviews suggest). If you don't hear from me, assume this is the word: It's simple, they're friendly and they offer great rates! I'm really satisfied so far!
