I've had both great and average experiences with Lost & found inc. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating. They have helped me find my lost items on a couple of occasions, which I really appreciate. However, their process for logging and organizing lost items could be improved. It often takes a long time to track down an item, and there have been a few instances where my items were misplaced again after they were found. Overall, I would rate Lost & found inc as average in terms of service quality.
