I had an average experience with Catalyst Counseling, LLC. The therapists were professional and knowledgeable, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the results. They provided good guidance and support, but I felt like something was missing in our sessions. Overall, it was an okay experience. The therapists did their best to help, but it didn't fully meet my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in their services.
