I recently used the services of a remote media group for my project, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience. The team was professional and delivered the work on time. However, there were a few areas where I think they could improve. The communication could have been better, and at times, it was challenging to get prompt responses. Despite this, the quality of their work was great.
